Campus Recruiter Job Description
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Campus Recruiter owns the sourcing, selection, and development of College Financial Representatives in the greater San Diego area. Key responsibilities of this role include building quality relationships at local universities, attending community and campus events, conducting interviews to determine a mutual fit for the Northwestern Mutual internship program, and providing an impactful program experience to enable students to explore a career in financial services.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to sit, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to finger, handle, feel or operate standard office equipment such as computers and printers; reach with hands and arms; and lift to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus. Regular, predictable attendance is required.
