• Ensure proper installation with smooth, wrinkle-free results.
• Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and address concerns.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow safety regulations and company installation standards.

• Previous experience in carpet installation or flooring industry preferred.
• Knowledge of various carpet materials and installation techniques.
• Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
• Strong physical stamina for lifting and kneeling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on different job sites.
• Strong customer service skills and professionalism.
