American Trades Contracting is currently seeking highly motivated and qualified candidates for our client seeking Commercial Carpet Installers. If you have 5 or more years’ experience as a Commercial Carpet Installer, we would like to hear from you!

This is going to be a long project.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Measure and cut carpet to fit specific areas, ensuring precise dimensions for a perfect fit.
• Install carpet using appropriate techniques and tools, including power tools and hand tools.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and repairing as necessary before installation.
• Demo experience a plus
• Perform fixture installation as required, ensuring all components are securely attached.
• Conduct post-installation inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites.
• Utilize construction estimating skills to provide accurate assessments of materials needed for projects.
• Restore any damaged areas during the installation process to uphold the integrity of the flooring.

We offer competitive pay as well as benefits (health, vision and dental) and paid sick leave that begins to accrue immediately. Pay is based on experience but ranges up to $24 hourly.
