Role Overview

We're is seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to lead the successful execution of multiple client projects while ensuring optimal resource allocation and operational efficiency. This hybrid role combines traditional project management responsibilities with strategic resource planning to ensure the effective deployment of delivery resources across initiatives. The role also involves monitoring project performance through KPIs like billable hours, utilization rate, and margin, as well as continuously reviewing and improving project delivery processes and methodologies to enhance quality, consistency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

• Lead projects from initiation to completion, managing scope, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure project outcomes align with business objectives.
• Provide regular status updates to Management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure project profitability, drive account renewals, and contribute to client satisfaction (NPS).
• Ensure quality and consistency of internal dashboards and project data.
• Deliver insights and support for pre-sales efforts and strategic planning.
• Monitor project dashboards and ensure data consistency across tools and reports.

Resource Management:

• Monitor and improve operational efficiency of the team and our projects through KPIs such as Billable Hours, BUR, and Margin.
• Plan and allocate delivery resources across projects to maximize team efficiency and project success.
• Support demand forecasting, capacity management, and workload balancing for internal and external resources.
• Collaborate with freelance partners and external collaborators when necessary.
• Coordinate with external collaborators and freelance resources when needed.
• Continuously improve delivery processes and methodologies for better performance and scalability.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in both Project Management and Resource Planning.
• Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with tools and processes related to creative or marketing operations.
• Full professional proficiency in English (minimum C1 level), both spoken and written, is required.
• Experience monitoring KPIs, team performance, and financial indicators.
• Experience with project management tools such as Hive, Monday, or Jira is considered an advantage.
• Experience in Marketing Automation environments is desirable.
• PM certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are considered advantageous.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
