Local brokerage seeks Real Estate Office Assistant. Bring your experience and join our high energy, fast-paced team as we assist our clients with buying, selling and leasing commercial properties.
**** CANDIDATES MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE****
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
· Ensure state and county compliance for brokerage department (e.g. licensing, continuing education, etc)
· Manage payables, receivables, and process commissions
· Prepare brokerage marketing materials, specialty marketing and research as needed. Marketing materials include, but not limited to: listing presentations, flyers, and offering memorandums
· Manage property listings
· Create and maintain all brokerage related files
· Maintain specialized property information and signage for each property
· Attend weekly sales meetings and anticipate upcoming needs of the agents
· Maintain all tracking reports for senior management
· Assist with answering phones primarily for brokerage team
· Efficiently complete any and all office duties assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 2+ years in real estate, or an Administrative Assistant role
· Florida Real Estate Sales License preferred, but not necessary. Company is willing to assist becoming licensed.
· Working knowledge of, or ability to learn: Buildout, Loopnet, Costar, CREXi, MLS and other relevant real estate systems
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Experience with Photoshop or Canva a plus
· This is NOT a remote position
· Hours: Mon-Fri (8:00am – 5:00pm)
